Ultra Magic City – Free Play Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility & Activation

   • This promotion is activated by completing two (2) matches at Ultra Magic City within the same promotional week.

   • Only active and fully paid bookings will be considered valid for the activation of this promotion. Canceled, unpaid, or no-show bookings will not count.

2. Match Registration Requirement

   • To qualify, the score of each qualifying match must be added in the app under the “My Matches” section.

   • Matches without recorded scores recorded in the app will not be counted toward the promotion.

3. Weekly Cycle

   • The promotion resets every Monday.

   • Matches used to activate free play must be played from Monday through Sunday of the same week.

   • Once activated, free play applies for the remainder of that same week (Monday through Sunday).

   • A new promotional cycle begins every Monday, regardless of activity from the previous week.

4. Peak Time Limitations

   • Players with free play activated may book one (1) free match per day during peak hours, defined as:

     • 7:00 AM – 11:30 AM

     • 5:30 PM – 11:30 PM

   • If a player books a second back-to-back match during peak hours, the second match will be charged at the regular rate.

5. Non-Peak Time Play

   • During non-peak hours (11:30 AM – 5:30 PM), players with free play activated may book unlimited back-to-back matches at no additional cost, subject to court availability. 

6. General Conditions

• Ultra Magic City reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time.

• Ultra Magic City may conduct weekly random audits to ensure the integrity of the promotion and maintain a fair and trustworthy experience for all players.

• In the event that a player is found to be misusing or manipulating the promotion, Ultra Magic City reserves the right to revoke free play benefits and charge the standard rate for any improperly obtained or unfair reservations.
